- Come into town with two lists: One should be of things you must have. The other should be for optional things you want. When a house doesn't even meet your needs, we can cross it off the list.
- Know your budget. If you are going to get a home loan, secure your pre-approved amount in advance so we can eliminate homes which exceed your price range.
- What length of a commute are you comfortable making each day to your job and other activities? Traffic in the Milwaukee area could be different than what you're currently experiencing, so tell me your desired drive-time, and I'll locate homes within that radius.
Before we meet in person, I could send you recommendations for properties we should see first. Or you may already have some favorite listings based on your own research. While seeing listing photos on the web is great, there's nothing like touring homes in person. I can schedule any necessary appointments with other Realtors or homeowners and map a route. We could see up to 8 or 10 homes in a single day if we work efficiently.
